At ClipShorter, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI video clipping and scheduling services. However, due to the computing costs associated with AI processing, our refund policy has specific conditions that you must meet to be eligible.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you meet the usage criteria outlined below. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within this 14-day window and have not utilized the service, we will process your refund with no questions asked.

2. Usage Condition (Zero Credit Usage)

Because AI processing incurs immediate and irreversible costs to our platform, refunds are strictly voided if you have used even a single (1) credit.

To be eligible for the 14-day refund, your account must show zero (0) credits used since the purchase was made. If you have uploaded a video, generated a clip, or taken any action that consumes credit, you are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of whether you are still within the 14-day window.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you meet the conditions above (within 14 days and zero credits used), please request your refund by contacting our support team at help@clipshorter.com. Include your account email address and the reason for your cancellation.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request and verify your credit usage, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
